Deine Aufgaben

Du übernimmst die Führung und Einsatzplanung des internen Produktionsteams und projektweise zugebuchter Freelancer.
Du hast die Verantwortung über unsere Produktionsräume und die technische Infrastruktur.
Du analysierst unsere technischen Prozesse und entwickelst Lösungen zur Effizienzsteigerung.
Du bist verantwortlich für die Vorbereitung, Leitung sowie Nachbereitung der Event-Produktionen in Enger Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Projektmanagement und dem Vertrieb.
Du setzt mithilfe unseres internen und externen Teams Shows und Streams nach Kundenvorstellung um.
Du überwachst die Produktionskosten der Projekte, buchst bei Bedarf externes Personal und/oder Technik hinzu und kontrollierst eingereichte Rechnungen von Externen und Dienstleistern.

Dein Profil

Du konntest bereits Erfahrung als Live-Produktionsleiter, 1. Aufnahmeleitung oder ähnlichen Berufen sammeln – im Idealfall in den Bereichen Gaming/Esports oder Sportübetragung.
Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse aktueller Produktionstechnik, der Umgang mit verschiedenster Software ist für dich selbstverständlich
Du hast ein sehr gutes planerisches, kalkulatorisches und organisatorisches Verständnis.
Gegenüber externen Ansprechpartnern und -Partnerinnen trittst du sicher und verhandlungsstark auf.
Im Bereich „Medienrecht“ kennst du dich grundlegend aus.
Du hast eine strukturierte, zuverlässige und selbständige Arbeitsweise.
Du bist ein lösungsorientierter Teamplayer mit freundlichem und verbindlichem Kommunikationsstil.
Du bist routiniert im Umgang mit den gängigen Office Programmen und zeichnest Dich durch Kommunikationsfreude sowie Sicherheit in deutscher und englischer Sprache in Wort und Schrift aus.
Du kannst verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift kommunizieren.

Your mission

You take on the leadership and deployment planning of the internal production team and project-specific freelancers.
You are responsible for our production facilities and technical infrastructure.
You analyze our technical processes and develop solutions to increase efficiency.
You are responsible for the preparation, management, and post-production of events in close collaboration with our project management and sales teams.
Using our internal and external teams, you execute shows and streams according to customer specifications.
You monitor the production costs of projects, hire external personnel and/or equipment as needed, and review invoices submitted by external parties and service providers.

Your profile

You have gained experience as a live production manager, 1st assistant director, or similar roles, ideally in the gaming/esports or sports broadcasting sectors.
You have a solid understanding of current production technology, and handling various software is second nature to you.
You have a strong grasp of planning, budgeting, and organizational skills.
You present yourself confidently and with strong negotiation skills when dealing with external contacts and partners.
You have a basic understanding of media law.
You have a structured, reliable, and independent work style.
You are a solution-oriented team player with a friendly and reliable communication style.
You are proficient in using common office programs and excel in communication in both German and English, both spoken and written.
You can communicate fluently in both German and English, both in spoken and written form.
