Deine Aufgaben

Du bist für unsere LVL-Venue am Checkpoint Charlie verantwortlich.
Du leitest ein Team mit 5 Festangestellten (Restaurant, Gaming Area, Facility Management und IT) und ca. 20, auf Mini- oder Midijob-Basis angestellten Mitarbeitern im Bereich Service.
Du führst regelmäßige Entwicklungsgespräche.
Du stellst sicher, dass alle operativen Aufgaben in der Venue in höchster Qualität erledigt werden.
Du überwachst Prozesse, identifizierst Fehler und leitest aktiv die Prozessoptimierung ein.
Du kontrollierst das Tagesgeschäft.
Du bist in ständigem Austausch mit allen Abteilungen.
Du entwickelst Strategien zur Steigerung des B2C-Umsatzes.
Du entwickelst neue Konzepte und Ideen für alle Entertainment- und Gastronomie-Bereiche.
Du legst KPIs und OKRs fest und kontrollierst diese.

Dein Profil

Idealerweise hast du ein abgeschlossenes Studium in den Bereichen Eventmanagement oder Veranstaltungsmanagement, Betriebswirtschaftslehre (BWL) oder Hospitality/Tourismus Management und verfügst über mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung.
Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in der Veranstaltungsbranche oder im Hotel- und Gaststättengewerbe und hast mehrjährige (+3 Jahre) Berufserfahrung, idealerweise auch mit Personalverantwortung.
Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, Umgangsformen und Kommunikationsstärke und hast Freude am Umgang mit Gästen.
Flexibilität und außerordentliches Engagement sind für dich eine Selbstverständlichkeit.
Analytische Fähigkeiten und Entscheidungsfreudigkeit gehören zu deinen Stärken.
Du hast ein sehr gutes planerisches, kalkulatorisches und organisatorisches Verständnis.
Gegenüber externen Ansprechpartner*innen trittst du sicher und verhandlungsstark auf.
Als Teamplayer kannst du nicht nur dich, sondern auch deine Kolleg*innen motivieren.
Du bist belastbar und behältst auch in stressigen Zeiten einen kühlen Kopf.

Your mission

You are responsible for our LVL Venue at Checkpoint Charlie.
You lead a team of 5 full-time employees (Restaurant, Gaming Area, Facility Management, and IT) and approximately 20 part-time employees in the Service department.
You conduct regular development discussions.
You ensure that all operational tasks in the venue are completed to the highest quality.
You monitor processes, identify errors, and actively initiate process optimization.
You oversee day-to-day operations.
You maintain constant communication with all departments.
You develop strategies to increase B2C revenue.
You generate new concepts and ideas for all entertainment and gastronomy areas.
You establish KPIs and OKRs and monitor them.

Your profile

Ideally, you have a degree in Event Management, Event Planning, Business Administration, or Hospitality/Tourism Management and have a minimum of 3 years of professional experience.
You have completed vocational training in the event industry or in the hotel and restaurant business and have several years (+3 years) of professional experience, ideally with personnel responsibility.
You have very good knowledge of German and English, excellent manners, and strong communication skills, and you enjoy interacting with guests.
Flexibility and exceptional commitment are a given for you.
Analytical skills and decisiveness are among your strengths.
You have a very good understanding of planning, budgeting, and organization.
You present yourself confidently and negotiation skills when dealing with external partners.
As a team player, you can motivate not only yourself but also your colleagues.
You are resilient and keep a cool head even in stressful times.
