Deine Aufgaben

Aufgaben in der Venue:
- Selbstständige Übernahme von kleineren Instandsetzungen, Reparaturen, Renovierungen und Sicherheitsüberprüfungen (diverse handwerkliche Tätigkeiten)
- Koordinierung, Überwachung, Gewährleistung der Zugänge & entsprechende Dokumentation der Termine mit externen Dienstleistern
  - z.B.: Wartungsarbeiten, Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen, Sanierungs- und Renovierungsmaßnahmen, Prüftermine, Ablesung der Strom/Wärmezähler, Störungsfälle, Termine WISAG
- Sachkundige Person für Gefahrenmeldeanlagen (Brandmeldeanlage, Einbruchmeldeanlage, Sicherheitsbeleuchtung)
- Dreivierteljährige Überprüfung
- Verwalten der Instandhaltung von Geräten und Betriebsmitteln, um Gesundheits- und Sicherheitsstandards zu erfüllen
- Kontakt Wachschutzfirma ggf. Überprüfung im Falle eines Fehlalarms oder Nicht-Scharfschaltung der Alarmanlage (außerhalb der Betriebszeiten)
- Key Management (Venue & Office)
- Inventarisierung
Aufgaben im Office:
- Du übernimmst die Organisation der Getränkebestellung.
- Du kümmerst du um die Verpflegung.
- Du hast den Büro-Bedarf im Blick und kümmerst dich um Bestellungen.
- Du organisierst und kontrollierst die Reinigung.

Dein Profil

Du besitzt ein abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder eine technische Ausbildung mit fundierter Berufserfahrung.
Du bringst gute Kenntnisse der gesetzlichen Rahmenbedingungen mit und hast keine Scheu vor kaufmännischen Prozessen.
Du trittst als souveräner und sicherer Ansprechpartner gegenüber internen und externen Personen auf.
Du hast sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und besitzt die Grundlangen der englischen Sprache.
Du kannst die gängigen Microsoft Office Programme bedienen.
Du hast stark Ausprägung der Softskills (Flexibilität, Teamfähigkeit, Organisationstalent).
Eine selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Kommunikationsfähigkeit gehören für dich zum Repertoire.

VERITAS ENTERTAINMENT ist ein Startup mit einem dynamischen Team aus internationalen Esport-Enthusiasten und Business-Veteranen, die verstanden haben, dass jede Community ein Zuhause braucht. Nun suchen wir dich als Verstärkung unseres Teams, damit du Esport, mithilfe unserer Community, auf das nächste LVL katapultierst.

Your mission

Tasks in our Venue:
- Independently take charge of small maintenance, repairs, renovations, and safety inspections (various craft activities)
- Coordinate, monitor, ensure access & appropriate documentation of appointments with external service providers.
  - e.g.: Maintenance work, maintenance measures, refurbishment and renovation measures, inspection dates, reading of electricity/heat meters, incidents, dates WISAG
- Qualified person for hazard alarm systems (fire alarm system, intrusion alarm system, security lighting)
  - Three-quarterly inspection
- Manage maintenance of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards
- Contact security guard company if necessary to verify in the event of a false alarm or failure to arm the alarm system (outside of operating hours)
- Key Management (Venue & Office)
- Setting up an inventory system
Task in our Office:
- You take over the organization of the beverage order.
- You take care of the catering.
- You keep an eye on the office supplies and take care of orders.
- You organize the cleaning.

Your profile

You have completed a technical degree or technical training with sound professional experience.
You have a good knowledge of the legal framework and are not afraid of commercial processes.
You are a confident and confident contact person for internal and external people.
You have a very good command of German and basic English.
You can use the common Microsoft Office programmes.
You have strong soft skills (flexibility, ability to work in a team, organisational talent).
An independent and structured way of working as well as a high sense of responsibility and communication skills are part of your repertoire.
